1. How do I know coaching will really help me?

The best way to find out is to schedule a free telephone call session to discuss what coaching is, what areas of your life could improve as a result of coaching and whether or not I am the coach for you.

2. How is coaching conducted?

Coaching is done completely by telephone. Calls are normally conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays during west coast business hours. Occasionally if I am on an international trip we may need to reschedule. This allows for great flexibility.

3. How long will coaching last?

This is completely up to you. I require a three month initial commitment and we can negotiate after that. Commonly, coaching relationships last from six months to a year.

4. Is Gary a Certified Coach?

I am working on it! I have completed the coursework for Personal Coaching through Coach U and now need to build up a certain number of coaching hours in order to qualify for certification by the International Coach Federation. I expect to be certified in 2008.

5. How much does coaching cost?

Costs are negotiable but the standard donation is $185 per month with a $20 discount for current or former Faith Seminary Students. All payments go to the Faith Leadership Initiative and are tax deductible.

6. What will the cost be used for?

All revenue from coaching will go to the non-profit Faith Leadership Initiative which is an organization that acts as a catalyst for building healthy leaders, developing strong ministry teams and facilitates global partnerships.
